I work with clients to discover and explore blindspots, so that they may see what is resisted, and in doing so become more authentic, liberated and alive. I always look to teach the client what they need to know in order to make self-generated change happen. I have been trained as an integral coach and as a somatic coach, and the Diamond Approach, psychological study and the wisdom traditions inform my practice.

I am a student of the Ridhwan School and of A.H. Almaas, and am on the path to become a teacher of that tradition. I have maintained an intensive meditation practice for over 10 years, and have done intensive annual retreats in Peru. I have taken several year-long coaching courses and am certified through the Hendricks Institute.
